Over the past decade, she has produced several major photographic projects: Pantheon (2012); The New God (2013); Invictus Diptychs (2015); Revelry (2016); and her latest, MONEYGAME (2021), that was turned into a book. She also produced two prior books: Collection (2011-2016) and Ornamental (2014-2020).
With MONEYGAME, Waterman has created a coffee-table book that features color and black & white photographs from her five-year voyage into the world of strippers and sex workers. The images were shot in New York, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Las Vegas and Miami.
Stay Thirsty Magazine is proud to present a glimpse into the work of Elizabeth Waterman. She is a major talent and her work is a stark reminder that life is seldom the way Norman Rockwell presented it.
