The Fashion Illustrations of
Barbara Griffel

By THIRSTY

Barbara Griffel's talent as a fashion illustrator has been quietly hiding under the radar for decades, and when Stay Thirsty Magazine discovered her work, we knew it was time for the international fashion design world to be made aware of her exceptional gifts.

A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC, she was trained in Fine Art and Fashion Illustration. Over the years, she has worked with such clients as: Ralph Lauren, Disney, Hearst Publications, Guess, Penguin Putnam, Newsday and the New York Times, and her illustrations have appeared in fashion, beauty, accessory and home furnishing magazines, catalogs and on billboards.

Separate and apart from her work for others, Barbara Griffel's illustrations create a special sense of time, place and elegance that speak to a style of days gone-by.

Stay Thirsty Magazine is very proud to present some of Barbara Griffel's illustrations to prove our point and trust that you will be amazed, too.
