In Chicago, a new pizzeria has come to town. Normally, Stay Thirsty Magazine would not comment on the opening of a restaurant, but Pizzeria Bebu is something very special and very different. The brainchild of restaurateur Zach Smith, along with executive chef Jeff Lutzow, this place is a “must stop” if you are anywhere near the Lincoln Park area.

With a unanimous vote, Stay Thirsty Magazine is proud to name Pizzeria Bebu its STAY THIRSTY DISCOVERY for Summer 2017. If you have any doubt, examine the evidence:
